Laparoscopy has many advantages over open surgery including less post-operative pain, earlier return of normal bowel function, shorter hospital stay, and recovery. Bowel injury is a serious complication gynecological laparoscopy. The most common site the small bowel, followed by large stomach. This in agreement with recent systematic review which shown that incidence gynecologic laparoscopy 1 769.3. Air saline test performed to check integrity inserting rectal probe filling cavity saline. After performing total laparoscopic hysterectomy bilateral salphingoopherectomy retroperitoneal lymphnode dissection done initially after pushing air from into no bubble was noted but sigmoid pool saline, escape seen. suction, 2×2 cm incidental sigmoidal detected. surgeries routine intraoperative checking help useful modality repair.
